Print bottom not flat - Agan - 04-23-2020

Hi, I've been taking profit of the current lockdown to use my Mars more, and I've encountered an issue, or at least I have printed things for which the issue is visible.

Currently, when I print flat on the build plate, my prints come out not flat. I know that this might be due to the build plate itself not being flat and I've tried sanding it to get it flat. However, this does not seem to be good yet.

Here are two of my prints, the first being a 20mm calibration cube from earlier today (when I got my calibration right), with the base of the cube on the right. The second being a dungeon tile for my RPG games. Both are without post-cure. The curve of the cube is noticeable but not too bad, however the one from the second print is way more present.

I know printing those off the plate with supports would help, but I also would like to fix the problem. Do you have any advice on honing the build plate, or could this come from something else?
I print at around 22-23°C, using Elegoo Grey.

i had the same effect on the cube. after leveling with two pieces of paper and setting the stepper-rate in the config, it's gone
i find that out with this Thingi... modell: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1134677
you should also check the exposure times for the resin (bottom + layer)

That problem happend with all my prints too, how can I set the stepper-rate?, I thought that this parameter came configured from factory

note: using supports everything goes well

RE: Print bottom not flat - fromFDMtoSLA - 04-28-2020

stepper-rate is set in the gcode-file: "ELEGOO Mars Machine Parameters", section: "M810"

RE: Print bottom not flat - Agan - 04-29-2020

I just looked at the gcode, and can't find M810. My version might not be the full one (I looked at the one I used to set the Z-axis offset). Where might I find the right one?
And what do you suggest setting the stepper rate value at?

RE: Print bottom not flat - fromFDMtoSLA - 04-29-2020

sorry, my mistake/fault - it's M8010:
;¡¾step related parameters¡¿After the parameters are set, please print a cube, then use the ruler to measure the size to confirm that there is no problem with the parameters.
M8010 S0.000625 ; ¡¾Z mm value per step¡¿ Calculation formula: lead / ((360 / 1.8) * 16).

I see the field now, but I still don't fully understand the modifications to make. What do you call the lead here?i'm kind of new to the mars, znd 3d printing in general

RE: Print bottom not flat - fromFDMtoSLA - 04-29-2020

the text is direct out of the config - i don't know, why they are talking about the "lead"
i calculated the M8010 S0.xxx in the same way, i did it for my FDM-printers
- like this for example: http://3daddict.com/3d-printer-extruder-calibration-steps/,
have a look at the "Extruder Calibration Calculator"- section

example:

I see the idea. What do you mesure to replace for the extrusion ? The cube's normal size vs the result in one spot in particular ?

I'll have to wait before trying all of this on my printer, since the current temperature where I am has dropped to below 20°C, but I'll try the double paper sheet for leveling as soon as I can print again.

RE: Print bottom not flat - Agan - 04-29-2020

Just had the chance to try, as temperature rose today. However, in leveling with two sheets (but without changing stepper rate) I got an even worse print, with sides full taken off the build plate on the right, and a print sticking to the FEP at the end.
I'll post the results later to show, when I have the chance to upload the images.
