FEP Replacement Film Source? - rdstew - 09-24-2020
I am still using the original FEP film on my original resin vat plus the two pack of spare vats that I recently got. The film is holding up well so far.
My question is where do I order replacement film from, and what thickness do I need??
I see FEP is available from 50 to 1000 microns thickness.

The OEM FEP is 0.15 mm (150 microns). I got cheap, bought some 0.10 mm sheets, and immediately had issues with the model releasing properly from the FEP causing distortions and delaminations. I corrected this to some extent by installing the 0.10 mm FEP as tight as I could get it, but also made a "never again: vow and bought some 0.15 mm film.
I got this from Amazon (6 sheets for $18.99).
