Getting Started Errors? - Dagotte - 12-05-2020
So I just got a Mars Pro 2 and followed the setup instruction to the letter, but I am unable to print the Rook test file. I keep receiving "The resolution of the sliced file does not match the screen! -1440"". I followed some some suggestions found on this forum without success. The ChiTu Box software is prompting me to update versions, but won't update.
I tried matching the printer resolution in the software and reslicing the file, but no luck
Any Suggestions or help would be appreciated!
