New Neptune 2 Not Powering On - dirkpitt289 - 06-15-2021
I just assembled my new Neptune printer and it won't power on. What a disappointment, Any chance this is a simple fix or am I going to have to send it back? This could be the shortest venture into 3D printing ever.

Issue resolved, we are PRINTING now! The issue was the power supply was set to 220 rather then 115. Once I flipped the setting the power came right on. HAZA!

My switch is set to 115 and I’m still not getting any power. Any suggestions?
