Machine hitting screen and grinding during prints.

Let me preface that I have tried to Set Zero several time and during this I have loosened the plate to allow it to flex up and down. 

Whenever I press the "Home" button it will go all the way to the bottom of the track and begin grinding due to it not being able to go down any farther. During any print it will instantly go to the bottom of the vat and begin grinding due to it hitting the bottom and not being able to go any farther.

I have Set Zero several times as well as lubricating (I am using lithium grease) incase something was getting stuck. Right before this happened I quite literally just finished a test print that went flawlessly with zero issues. I did not touch anything other that just pressing a new print.


I would really appreciate any help or suggestion. I dont know what else to do..

Did you ever get this solved?? I just got my printer and I’m having the exact same issues to a T.
