Composition of Mean Green

Mean Green or Simple Green in Italy are not marketed. To find something similar I need to know the components but there is no technical data sheet on the product and nothing appears on the label. Probably in the USA producers are not required to declare the composition of the product while Italy is.

How to know the composition or is it a secret formula?
