Surface quality and deformation issues

I have a NEW Mars 2 Pro, I am having the same issues as all above, 'Melting' on under surface of part. I have tried making the support higher off the rack IE 3mm and Tipping the model up by 10 degrees to lessen the area being cured at one pass. Still 'melting' near the plate surface end.
Have to say I'm disappointed at the moment, trying all differnet settings, from those recommended on the Resin Bottle, to default, and then changes in between.

Has anyone had a real answer to this problem or is it the quality of the Mars machines? ATB Chris
