FIXED! (for me at least)

I tried nearly everything mentioned in this thread and nothing worked. I have an Elegoo Mars 2 pro and I updated it to the latest firmware and then it started working again. Just go to the Elegoo website, download the firmware to your USB and follow their instructions. I hope this works for you like it did for me!
