Sticks to plate and FEP
#1
Hello

I received my Mars 2 Pro just a week ago.
Printed a model and it worked absolutley perfect!
With that behind me I wanted to print more of course but
next time I tried it went awful.....
The strange thing is that the so called raft will be attached to the
build plate but some 2-3 mm down its attach to the FEP.
I have tried to level with two sheets of paper and scouring the build
plate but thats not works either.
I use washable resin.
Have tested both chitubox and Lychee slicer bit problem is still there.
I have tried to print a Batman bust, the base for the bust comes out perfect but
the bust with supports just gets problem, some on the build plate and the rest
on the FEP.
What could be the problem?
I have tried heavy supports but same problem, the supports arr there but the rest sticks to the FEP.

Hope someone here could help me out.

I don't think the resin is your complete problem--however the water washable resin sucks (see my posts here for more about that).

Beyond that, what might help is reducing the lifting speed(s) in the Chitubox settings:

I have found their default setting of 100 mm/minute to be too aggressive and that it can tear the raft and/or model from the hangers (lower lift speed = less force)...
