VAT Screw Dimension

Hello,

      I've an Elegoo mars old gen And the screw that holding the FEP on the VAT begin to rust and I will change it for rustproof kind. Unfortunately, I look on internet and everyone mention just one size of screw... I remember that two size was used to fix the FEP frame on the VAT.

Does anyone have the 2 dimension of these screw?
