Hey guys,
Just purchased my second Elegoo Saturn (5th SLA printer). Unpacked it and updated the firmware. I did a quick exposure test and got the little box and all was right with the world.
Started a job on it and when I came back to check on it an hour later, I noticed that the resin level had not gone down at all and nothing was on the build plate. My first thought was it was stuck to the FEP, so I drained the vat.....nothing there, clean as a whistle. It's literally like it's just going through the motions. With the vat removed, I decided to do another exposure test. I am getting the box on the LCD screen, but not the UV lamp....and the UV is very dim. This printer is brand spanking new (unpacked Monday the 1st)....any thoughts on what might be going on and how to get a warranty replacement if it comes to it?
