Hello!
Setup went well and have printed the test rooks a few times.
Created a few things in Tinkercad which printed fine.
Printed something off Thingiverse which printed fine.
Tried another new print off Thingiverse when the buildplate went down into the resin and the motor was humming. It appears to be bottomed out and, when I couldn't remove it or move it via Z settings, I loosened the reservoir retention screws and buildplate to slide the whole thing loose.
The plate had started building the first layer or two which stuck to the tank film. I was able to separate them and empty the reservoir.
Cleaned both items and attempted to move the arm without the plate attached. No movement.
Printed the mainboard spec gcode file which also seemed to have no effect.
Any new idea while I await an email from tech support on my new Mars 2?
