Is this New LCD Damaged?

Hello,

I just received a replacement screen for my Saturn and it has discolouration visible.
I contacted Elegoo customer service, and they said: "Don't worry, this is water ripples, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect light transmittance and print quality."

I'm just looking for a second opinion, will this cause any issues with print quality? 
Should I return this LCD?
