Second Build Plate and print screen questions

Ive a quick couple questions regarding my Elegoo Mars 2Pro.

First  question. I bought a second build plate with the idea of being able to start a second print on the second plate, while the first print is going through the wash cycle on the Original plate. My question is, will zeroing the second plate, screw up the zeroing of the first plate?

Second question, My print screen died and had to reorder a new one. After installing it, will I need to re zero my build plate again?

Once you've homed (and if necessary, zeroed) the machine with one plate , just level the second plate mechanically and both plates should be set correctly.
