Building Plate Goes Too High Up After Prints Finish

Hi everyone,

New to the forum. I have a strange issue with my Mars 2 Pro. It seems that once a print finishes, the building plate goes all the way to the top on the Z axis, and this causes it to pick up the red cover of the printer. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Is there a simple fix?

Nowy na forum. Mam dziwny problem z moim Mars 2 Pro. Wygląda na to, że po zakończeniu drukowania płyta budowlana przesuwa się aż do góry na osi Z, co powoduje, że podnosi czerwoną pokrywę drukarki. Czy ktoś doświadczył czegoś takiego? Czy istnieje prosta poprawka?
