I recently had the same issues come up and from what I can tell, it is the result of black spots forming on the LCD screen. Unfortunately, the Elegoo site troubleshooting says that the LCD needs to be replaced. Now the part in question doesn't appear too expensive, and I'll leave a link to where you may be able to buy one, as well as Elegoo's instructions on how to change it out. I've also left an image of my print and of the screen for reference. Definitely follow their instructions at the beginning of the tutorial to confirm that it is the issue.
