It was a brand new one and I only did one test print of the tower file coming with the USB drive. Now it won't turn on 9 out of 10 tries. The video below shows when it does turn on by luck, it will turn off when the LCD tries to lite up. Then there is this constant clicking sound and red light inside the machine. May I ask if anyone encounter this before?
