hello, my name is Felipe, I'm Brazilian, I have a problem with my elegoo saturn, it just doesn't print anything, an error "no authorization" appears, I tried to install the firmware again following a video of the elegoo itself and it won't, could you help me please?
I also verified that the z axis does not go up manually
