May Have Solved My De-lamination Issues!
#1
Wink
I have been having all kinds of de-lamination issues with my Mars Pro since switching to water washable resin.
The two common spots where this happens is at a change in the cross-sectional pattern, and often at the point where the bottom layers transition to normal short exposure layers.

So I added a 6 layer transition section with linear transition.
I also increased the normal layer exposure to 10 seconds, and the bottom layer lower to 30 seconds. It still adheres very tightly to the platen, so I may reduce it a bit more each time I print something, just to see where it can get to.
I also reduced the bottom lift speed to 50 from 65. The other layers remain at 65.

So far this seems to be working OK. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Attachment shows my revised settings.
