Need Help - Z=0 Not being Stored , Home only rises.

Solved -

I took the printer top plate off- The Z limit switch was loose . The key was the printer was not beeping. It's now beeping at Home.
I just got a Saturn S 4K - I followed all leveling/setup instructions. It's Just not working properly, frustrating.  

• The Home button will result in the Plate rising only, If I press home again it will rise more. 
  
• Every time I try to reprint it forgets what z=0 is and I have to reset it all over. 
  

Maybe I have a defective Printer? Thank you for your help.
