Mars 2 pro won't start. clicking and blinking

Hello, 

I've been using my mars 2 pro for a few weeks now and ti was going well, until today. The printer won't start. instead, the power adapter led blinks and the printer makes a clicking noise from inside. I've taken a video and attached it to this post. 

Elegoo support say they are away for national holiday so I'm posting here in case anyone can help. i need this printer working asap
