First layer sticks to FEP then nothing
#1
I read through many threads and found ones that are close to this issue but have no actual solutions.
I have a Mars 2 Pro and can no longer print anything. My test piece sticks to the FEP and stops printing after the first layer (see pics)

  • Replaced LCD as it stopped working
  • Replaced FEP
  • Ran Exposure test ( see pic )
  • Watched print happen in a dry FEP bed all the way to 100% just fine.
  • Updated firmware ( see pic )
  • Increased Exposure time from 2.5 to 9 ( see pic )
  • Increased Bottom Exposure Time from 35 to 65 ( see pic )
  • Tried 3 different resins - ANYCUBIC 405nm SLA UV-Curing High Precision & Rapid Photopolymer Clear Resin, VOXELAB Rapid UV-Curing Resin 405nm Standard Photopolymer Black Resin, and RICH-OPTO UV-Curing 405nm Rapid High Precision Quick Curing Standard Photopolymer Grey Resin
  • My garage and resin are at 70 degrees Fahrenheit
The only thing I haven't tried was taking sandpaper to the build plate to give it texture. Can anyone help?

Good morning,
Have you done Platform Leveling?
I'm having this problem on my Saturn 3 Ultra, I think it's the same as you
Warmest regards,
Christophe

After doing a new leveling, the 1st layer is flawless!
so do the leveling again
Warmest regards,

Christophe
