Saturn 2 Failed Prints - Please Help
#1
I'm having a ton of problems with my Saturn 2. Every print breaks off the supports and sticks to the vat, unless I use so many heavy supports that I lose definition. Raft and supports print fine.  Direct build plate prints are fine like the rook and cones of calibration.  Below are my settings and what I've tried.

Elegoo Saturn 2
Siraya Tech Sculpt
Lychee Slicer

Base layers - 8
Transition layers - 5
Base exposure - 35s
Normal Exposure - 3.6s
Wait before print - 1s
Light intensity - 100%
Lift height - 8mm
Lift speed - 40mm/min
Retract speed - 240mm/min

Things I've tried are not in any particular order.
1. Ran 4 different types of exposure tests for calibration
2. Added a heater to my workspace
3. Leveled my build plate
4. Leveled my printer
5. Increased support number to heavy density and added more supports and braces manually after the automatic ones.
6. Replaced the FEP twice
7. Used PTFE on the FEP
8. Hollowed the model and added drain holes.
9. Cleared up all suction points and islands
10. Filtered resin and used a different bottle sheet it failed again
11. Reduced lift speed multiple times
12. Increased lift distance
13. Adjusted the wait before print time
14. Angled the model for as little touching the FEP as possible at any given time.
15. Shelled the part that always sticks
16. Cleaned the LCD and vat
17. Reduced the number of models printing at once
18. Replaced the build plate (Elegoo said it was warped)
