Weird failure. Prints are....compressed?

I'm trying to print an exposure test from phrozen and it's coming out thinner than its supposed to. the detail is crisp, but the whole print is thinner that it's supposed to be. Like, the highest details of the print look like they've printed, but the whole thing looks compressed. 













I've tried adjusting my base layer exposure from 30 to 70, regular layer exposure from 2-6, ive had my layer height from .025 to .05. I've even tried using a different slicer. I cant figure out whats going on.

Any idea?
