Hi there, have printed a little and its been fine, then went to print again after a while of not using it and nothing prints, did the expose test and the LCD is black, there no purple light, but logo is visible (barely).

I haven't done a firmware update or anything like that, I can see that can cause an issue.

Is it broken? I've tried opening it and checking the cables but I don't think any are loose. See below picture, there is one port with LED in its label with nothing plugged in, but no matching uplugged cable.

I did lose the power cable, so I purchased a new one, its a 12v dc power supply input voltage: 100V-240V 50/60Hz; Output: DC 12V 5A (60W) max.

In your photo, the LCD cable is not seated properly.

One side is sticking out slightly.
