I recently purchased the Saturn 3 Ultra, and I set my z axis, and when I attempt to click the "return to zero" button, the build plate comes down all the way, and attempts to keep pushing through the screen, causing an awful ruckus. I have reset the z axis multiple times, and cannot figure out why it keeps repeating. before anyone asks, the steps I took to set z=0, took off Vat, loosened the 4 levelling screws, place the levelling card under the build plate, lower the build plate until it touches the screen, pushed down slightly on the build plate and tighten levelling screws. then raise the plate until there is slight tension when pulling the level card out, then I hit "Set z=o". Please advise if I'm doing that right.
