Poor quality on vertical walls

Hi All -
Been printing on a magnetic plate and the vertical sides of my prints are very rough and gummy.  I clean well in a 2 step IPA batch and brush with a toothbrush but still the sides are not smooth.  The tops of the print are nice and smooth.
See the attachments showing the poor sides and my settings.
I'm using a Saturn with Sirayatech ABS white
