I've been printing a lot recently with no issues. I set a print last night before bed and this morning the build plate is in the vat at what seems to be the lowest point (hard to tell since it's full of resin), and the screen says the print is completed. If I try to raise the build plate manually it just buzzes and won't move. I loosened the build plate but it won't budge.
The vat is FULL OF RESIN. I'm not even sure how to get it out.
I also just bought a Neptune 3 Pro and after a handful of successful prints the nozzle clogged, it ground down through the build plate, and so far I haven't been able to remove the nozzle to replace it. Can't say I'm thrilled with Elegoo at the moment.
Any ideas about what to try next?
