saturn 3 ultra print failure with anycubic water wash resin
#1
Ive just bough some new anycubic water wash resin for saturn 3 ultra and have had several print failures. The first one was failing to increase base and layer exposure time to compensate for low temp but Im now getting a huge blob of mess on print plate.

The printer has light use so everything is like new. Ive checked the leveling, warmed the plate and resin but still no luck.

The models have been hollowed and drain holes added.

Attached is a pic of what the model should look like and the mess its printer,

Ive used the same resin before with great results.

Any ideas? Could I just have a bad batch of resin?
