I've been trying to print the following two components, with all dimensions in millimeters. However, one corner of the print consistently delaminates and lifts off the build plate. This issue always occurs in the same location on the print bed. I am using [b]Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra[/b].
To address this, I increased the bottom layer exposure time to extend the curing process, but the problem persists. Both the bottom and transition layer counts are set to 5. Interestingly, the left part prints without issues, though it is slightly lighter in weight.
Additionally, I’ve noticed recurring scratches in the same areas on each print. I’ve attempted three separate prints, and the scratches are identical in size, shape, and placement each time. Could this be caused by impurities in the resin tray or possible defects in the film?
