Thanks, that’s very helpful, alas my Mars is a regular one, not a Pro and that function is disabled on the regular Mars

My series "M20xxx" plain ol' Mars as a working (as described in my linked post) "Z=0" function. What series (first 3 characters of the s/n) is yours? What firmware version is it?

M172; I upgraded to to V4.3.4 LCDF, which was posted here recently.  I’m thinking this might be related, which is why I’m trying to find a good build to go back to.
