Excessive noise (not the usual fan noise)

Hi all.
First time printing using a raft for support, the machine is making excessive noise.
Is this the norm when printing rafts?
Tried to attach Short video but this is not allowed, any positive comments gratefully received 

Update:
It seems the "raft" printed directly on to the FEP.. #fail....
