Can't level build platform ?

Tried following instructions, amongst them the official video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VJwhmjhP9Y

In above video it shows that the set screws are easy to turn in and out.
Not so with my printer.

My set screws require considerable force both ways.
And tiny metal shavings fell ob top of build plate too.
Not a good sign of things to come.

Anyhow, once the screws are tightened, the build plate is not leveled:
On one side of the build plate the piece of paper slides easily in and out, and on the other side you can't get it in.
I guess that is no good?

i replaced the tiny inbus by M6x14mm with allen-head
