Touchscreen

Hi the touchscreen on my Elegoo Mars is just all white !
Was working before ..

Is it touchscreen or mainboard prob ?

Where would I get either ..
Any info much appreciated ..

for the first step: open the front and unplug and push back the flat cable from mainboard to the touch-lcd on both ends,

I will try that when I get home ..
I haven't tried to install firmware updates but was thinking about doing it as thought maybe it had corrupted somehow..
Not sure if the update will "autoboot" or if it requires input from the touchscreen etc in which case I'm stumped ..

Anywho I will try both (connection first) and thanks again ..

firmware-update depends on the type of machine (there is NO update of firmware available for machines with SN# M10xxx and +)
