Problem with an Elegoo Mars

Hi there,

I have a problem with an Elegoo Mars

the imagesetter (UV-Light) unit lights up when the printer is switched on, is this normal?

no, that is not normal.
which actual version of the firmware is on the printer? made any changes on the firmware?

with Ver.: 4.3.2_LCDF = Houston we have a problem ;-) (no documents and downloads about this firmware - it's the new one for the new mainboard)

you should contact Elegoo-support

- if you are able to open the printer, you can try a reset of the mainboard - see picture

please give a feedback, if that worked

I have try a reset, no results

looks like the driver for the UV-Leds is gone (MosFet on the back of the pcb)
i think, it's better to contact Elegoo-support to get a new mainboard

same effect with a new mainboard ? = strange

can you measure the "LED-out" (voltage) from the mainboard with a multimeter?
if it's around zero, check again after starting the exposure-test.
