Regarding ear, did you remove supports before or after curing? I find it "safer" to remove at least most "dangerous" ones before curing. If the connection point is on a nice flat surface, I might leave the leftovers there, and just sand / file it after curing.

that was my mistake, i removed the supports after curing. the problem of the "green clear" is, that the surface before curing is sticky and you will get "fingerprints" on it by touching it.
