Model slowly delaminate from building plate * Resolved *

When I print small objects near the center everything is fine. When I print parts near one of the corner (far right when facing the printer) I experience a slow delamination of the model base.
My models are slice with CHITUBOX 1.6.3 with Elegoo resing (gray). layers 0,050 mm; bottom layers = 5; exposure 8s; bottom exposure 90s. Temperature is 27 °C.

I changed the FEP, no change
Building plate alignent done, no effect
Cleaning building plate with acetone and isopropyl, no effect
Slight sanding with grit 220 for 2 minutes on a flat machined metal plate, no effect (the wearing was uniform after sanding)

I need some expertise from you guys, thanks in advance.

*** I just started a new test with 180° rotation of the building plate to see if ther is a mechanical explanation. Same results, delamination from far right corner. Rotation as no effect...

*** Just tried with fewer parts and workred better. One part stuck on FE and the rest printed OK.

My best guest is mechanical stress in the cured resin is amplified with wide continuous firsts base layers. whane parts are more appart, you have less mechanical shrink and the stress is absorbed by the cured resin.
