I can't print anything

I just bought an elegoo mars (the normal one) and I can't print anything. When calibrating it, the platform does not lower enough to rub against the paper and the tests I have done have all been stuck on the fep and nothing is printed. 

Can you help me?

Of course, but there is a gap and the impression does not stick to the plate

if you unfasten the screws, can you press up the buildplate (there must be a spring in the head)? and is the buildplate free moveable (turn, tilt)?
did you change the "z=0"- setting?
