My Elegoo Mars M10 (C) touchscreen stays white
#1
Hi,

Does anyone have any idea? I replaced my LCD and when I wanted to test it, I pressed "Tools" on the menu and it just turned white.
If started, it seems to boot, but just doesn't show. The fan goes on.

Also, does anyone know what the little white button is for on the C menu?

I have an M10 version of the Elegoo Mars.

Thanks!

just an idea: try to reload the UI - see attached files - but NO warranty from my sideĀ  Blush

I have the same issue. Since the screen is white there is no way to execute the bin file. It does not seem to do it automatically

EDIT/UPDATE: I dont know if it was the file in this thread or something else. But i left the printer running for an hour. The usb with these files was on it, and when i came back it was back to normal. Support mentioned reinstalling the display cable. So if it happens again i will try that.
