Another USB problem

Hello all,
I have a USB problem.
When my USB is in the computer, you can view the files that are on the stick, but when I plug it into the Elegoo Mars printer, the only file that shows up, is the rook test file.
I checked the connection behind the back cover and it seems fine.
I also checked the format of the USB and it is in the fat32 format.
Any ideas out there?

Sorry, but I've tried numerous times, and I keep getting a message that says "Please correct the following errors before continuing:

• The type of file that you attached is not allowed. Please remove the attachment or choose a different type."
  

I can't take a screen shot and paste it either.
Can you please tell me what format the file has to be in so you can see it?
(It is in the .cbddlp format, and I tried an .stl file format).

No special characters, but i put the file into a zip folder, and I thought that it worked, but when I opened it up once it posted, I got my desktop with everything accessible, all files, documents, etc.
And please don't take it the wrong way, but that is not something I want to happen.
That is why you see I deleted a post.
