What ills of previous versions is it intended to correct, does it add any features, or is it just a "maintenance release"?

Mine (s/n M20Silver20200401) came with 4.3.2 and AFAIK is not "broke" so I do not intend to "fix" it unless there is some earth shattering correction or added capability in this release...
