USB software and drivers

Hi 

My USB key is out of order and I search how or where to find original files
Elegoo support just permit to download update.

My actual problem is when I use an other USB key .ctb
Printer didn't recognise .ctb 

It needs driver or parameters files

My printer is a Mars Pro 3.4.3 version
