Unable to print test rook
#1
Hello all! Noob here to 3d printing. I have just unboxed and set up my new Mars 2 Pro. When attempting to print the Rook Model, I get an error "The resolution of the sliced file does not match the screen!  -1440"  How do I proceed?  Thanks in advance!

What is the name of the file you are attempting to print?

If you like, send the file to me @ paladin@paladinmicro.com I will check it out.

Or just load Chitubox and reslice the Rook.stl file.

I loaded the file in Chitubox and needed to adjust the settings for the Mars 2 Pro. I guess the resolution the file came in is for a different model. Thank you so much for your help! Now I just need to find some sort of resin 3d printing for dummies lol
