New Motherboard

I was having some issues with full screen exposure and Elegoo support sent me a new motherboard. I hooked it all up following the support video they sent me, and now the front touch screen isn’t working. They’ve sent me a new touch screen and that one doesn’t seem to be working either. Is there some firmware I need to initialize the board with? I’m when I turn it on, it beeps once and then proceeds to do nothing else.

You probably have done this, however--Recheck, double-check all connections--then check them again. Visually inspect them (sockets and connectors) with a magnifier looking for trapped debris; physically "run" each cable feeling for nicks, cuits, dimples, bumps, etc.

To the best of my knowledge the mobo should boot with no added firmware or "magicware", etc.

Elegoo's support is pretty good--keep in touch with them, they want you to a happy customer...
