Prints come out squashed
#1
Im sure im setting up my printer correctly but my prints are coming out flat/squashed. The item im printing should come out at least an inch high but they're not, they come out only about 3mm hugh. Its as if the completed item has been put in a press and simply squashed. Any help huge appreciated. Much thanks!

What model printer?
How old is the printer?
What slicing software?
What resin?
What are the slicing software "print" settings (exposure times. etc.)?
When printing the model in question how many layers does the printer think it's printing (shown on the lower right of the display)?
