No Exchange Displays aviable?

I got some resin got on my display   I tried to remove it but it was not possible.
Now I'm searching for a spare part (germany) and everyone it says its sold out.


Any hints where to get one?

Also when I tried to remove the resin I got a hole in the  plate. then I recognised It was a plastic part over the display.
Is there some kind of screenprotector included ? Can I try to get a new protector instead?

The sceen below has only some very small scratches on it. any advice ?
