Hi all.
Just got my printer set up,
Tried to print the rook but it stuck to the bottom if the resin tray (looks like this is a common problem).

I've tried to print another model but I'm getting a message saying unknown file type.

It's a chitubox CTP file, just like the rook, but won't open.
Any ideas?

The rook sticking to the FEP is most likely a build plate leveling issue.

Now, why your file won't print, really can't say anything without examining the file. First of all, it should be ctb, not ctp. And then the next question would be how you created that file, which slicer?
