Technical support trouble without order ID

I bought my 3d printer From a reseller brand new In the box and was trying to get some technical support from the company but I need the order ID number which unfortunately I don't have any I haven't been able to get in contact with the person I bought.it from regarding that so I'm in a bind can someone please shoot  me their order ID number just so I can get some technical support I mean I can't do nothing with the order number please someone help me out
