Middle of UV Lamp doesn't turn on for prints

I've had my Saturn since March of this year, and it was working fine. I put it away for a few months as I wasn't around to print anything, but I set it up about a week ago - and I've been running into issues when trying to print.
When I test exposure or clean the bed, the entire UV light turns on as expected, however - when I actually run a print, the middle of the UV light doesn't turn on.

Sounds like an LCD fault to me . Can you get eyes on the lamp from the side plate ?
