Touch problem on Saturn S

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. To my knowledge the only way of solving it is to receive the autostart files from support.

I've run into this exact issue, so thank you taking the time to document the solution. How long did it take for Elegoo's service team to get back to you?

Thank you for that statement. I appreaciate the comment. I waited for about six days and during that time we also corresponded over email to determine the issue. 
They aksed me about the Serial number for my spefific device and then sent me the autorun files over email.

I just got linked the files through a google drive, which did work, and didn't need my serial number, so I'm going to leave the link here for anyone else that encounters it:

Nope, I just emailed support describing the issue with no other info, and they just replied with the link.

Then i assume it was a language barrier issue between me and support.
